Rob is Chief Revenue Officer at BigCommerce. He has been in the ecommerce industry for 20 years leading Sales and Go-to-Market teams at companies such as Salesforce, Ebay, ChannelAdvisor, and Amplience.
Rob joined BigCommerce as Chief Revenue Officer in January 2025. He is an accomplished revenue growth and go-to-market executive with a proven track record of scaling teams, driving innovation, and achieving exceptional revenue outcomes across the technology and retail sectors. With over two decades of leadership experience in sales, marketing, customer success, and professional services, Rob has been instrumental in the growth and success of globally recognized organizations.
Prior to joining BigCommerce, Rob spent the last six years serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Amplience, a leading CMS provider, and most recently at OroCommerce, a B2B ecommerce solution provider. At both companies, Rob led strategy and oversaw sales, marketing, customer success, and professional services operations. Under his leadership, Amplience and OroCommerce experienced significant growth. While at Amplience, Rob was instrumental in more than doubling the ARR of the business, and in 2022, he helped lead Amplience through a $100 million funding round. Prior to Amplience, Rob led sales and go-to-market teams at Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Ebay and ChannelAdvisor, with similar successes.
Rob holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University. Rob lives in Wake Forest, North Carolina, with his wife and three children. He enjoys playing golf with his sons and traveling with his family.
